3 Km Run, 100, 1500 run, 400, 1500 racewalk, 800, 200
Field Events. All
competitors to report at 8:45
AM. Depending on the number of entrants flights may be formed. All measurements in meters. Competitors to
provide their own equipment.
9:00 Pole Vault
9:00 Shot Put/Discus [Flights may be formed]
9:00 Long Jump/Triple Jump [Flights may be
formed]
High Jump will start after the Pole
Vault is finished.
Javelin Throw, Hammer Throw &
Weight Throw to follow after the shot put and discus are finished DIVISIONS; 2
