Join the FAC
The Florida Athletic Club (FAC) is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization
and was formed in 1988. We are the only State-Wide athletic club in
Florida. We cater to athletes of all ages and abilities. Our club
is the best Masters (30+) track and field club in the country.
In 2006, FAC took second in the National Masters Outdoor Track
& Field Team Championships. In 2007 we took second in the National
Masters Indoor Track & Field Championships. Our club has always
finished in the top five in National Masters Track & Field team
competition.
The FAC sponsors track meets, each month, in Clermont and South
Florida, from, January through June, plus State Championships in
Race Walking and Track & Field. Youth events will be included
in the track meets. Our members range from “back of the packers”
to State, Regional, National and World Champions.
The FAC is a member club of USA Track & Field. Eight of our
club members serve on the USATF Florida Executive Committee. FAC
members also serve on various national and international committees.
The FAC publishes a bi-monthly newsletter which provides entry
forms, training tips, results and general information.
Future Plans
We plan on having a full time Executive Director
who will be responsible for the management of the club. In addition
we plan on providing some travel money for National Championships
in Youth, Masters, Road Running and Race Walking. Also reduced entry
fees for club members are also in the works.

As a club member you will enjoy the fun and camaraderie
of belonging to a team, where you will be contributing to State
Wide programs through the club’s sponsorship of events. All
new members will receive a club patch.
Membership Dues
Our dues are only $20 per year.
